After the war, the Archival Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR undertook the publication of a series of collections of documents from the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which came at the disposal of the Soviet government as victorious trophies of the Red Army. These publications are designed to help expose the criminal diplomacy of Nazi Germany.
