The goal of the US Pentagon's modern military strategy called Full Spectrum Dominance is to govern everything and everywhere, including international waters, land, air, space and cyberspace. It includes both traditional means of military construction (the creation and modernization of new weapons, the construction of military bases along the perimeter of Russia and China and further), and the use of new methods of unconventional warfare. The book talks about the "revolution in military affairs" and its "civilian" use - the techniques of regime change, which were called "color revolutions."
