Vasil Thomson's book "Espionage by the Time of War" illustrates Comrade Stalin's instructions that sending spies, saboteurs even in the same type of bourgeois states is the law of their relations. The book reveals to the reader all the danger of the capitalist environment, familiarizing him with the sabotage and espionage work of foreign intelligence agencies on the example of the war of 1914-1918.
