Basic information on modern methods and means of measuring electrical and radio engineering quantities is presented. The main metrological concepts and fundamentals of error theory are given. Measurements of current, voltage, power, frequency, phase shift, shape and spectrum of various signals, parameters of elements of electrical and radio circuits, modes of circuits with distributed parameters, characteristics of random signals are considered.
