The problem of future war is a topical issue that does not leave the pages of the foreign military press. Many voluminous works and journal articles are devoted to this problem. Many "venerable" authors, major military authorities have tried and are trying to lift the veil of the future and draw the general contours of a future war, are trying to find new forms of this war, the forms are the most "profitable" and quickly acting, guaranteeing their own rear from the danger of a revolutionary explosion.
