Basic numerical methods for solving a wide range of problems arising in engineering practice are outlined. The manual is compiled in accordance with the programs of courses studied by students of engineering and technical specialties of universities. To facilitate understanding of the logical structure of the methods under consideration and their use, a large number of tasks and algorithm diagrams are given in the tutorial. Methods and algorithms are illustrated by examples of numerical calculations.
