On the basis of thermophysical analysis of cutting processes with blade tools, grinding and processing of products without chip removal, methods of increasing the efficiency of technological operations and the quality of products are described: improvement of tool design, rational cooling and additional heating of the processing zone, optimization of modes and control of thermal deformations of parts.
