The fifth issue of the almanac "Feat" for 1987 included works: "The Sea Captain" by A. Kron and "The Medicine Against Fear" by the Weiner brothers. The hero of the first work is a wonderful Soviet submariner, a heroic and at the same time dramatic man, Alexander Marinesco. Marinesco was not a "collective image," but a real face. His difficult biography required bold and honest writing research. Such a study was the story "Sea Captain." In the novel of the Weiner brothers, it all started with the strange poisoning of an elderly district police officer, from whom unknown attackers steal documents and weapons. Inspector Stanislav Tikhonov finds out that the victim has tried the latest medical drug, conditionally called "medicine against fear."
