The book contains the works of the finalists of the PolitProsvet journalistic award. That is, those who enlighten our political consciousness, in every possible way interfere with believing in a flat picture of the world, show the curvature of history, the role of the individual in it. But personalities are not in the Soviet sense, which is reanimated before our eyes in the 2000s: not the personality of the leader, but the personality of a self-sufficient citizen.
