This book is based on the author's expert opinion on the "Scheme of Integrated Use of Water Resources of the Border Sections of the Argun and Amur Rivers (1986-1993)," carried out on the instructions of the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Representative Office of the World Wildlife Fund (WWF). It used materials from Sovintervod software, JSC Lengidroproekt, stock and published works, own materials, regulatory documents.
