Summary of methods for calculating short-circuit currents is given. in electrical installations above 1000 V, illustrated by examples. The first edition was published in 1964. In the second edition, the material was revised in accordance with the new RP for the calculation of short-circuit currents, new GOSTs for devices, machines, and systems of units were taken into account.
