This small book is designed to help in the work of the trade union. It gives 44 certificates on various issues of trade union affairs. The main material is grouped around two themes. Firstly, since the main reader is in the Urals, in the Kama region and Siberia, the main attention is focused on these regions, to a lesser extent on the rest of Russia, and even less on other countries. Secondly, people love cinema, namely in cinema, professional work is presented in its human dimension. Therefore, there are so many in the book - 78 references to feature films and documentaries (section "Films").
