The Constitution of the USSR found concentrated expression of the main ideas of developed socialism, deep democracy of the national state, broad socio-economic, political and personal rights and freedoms of Soviet citizens. The Constitution once again vividly showed the inextricable connection, the inseparability of peace and socialism, it serves the cause of international security, strengthening the anti-imperialist solidarity of all progressive forces.
