A small Russian colony in the Far South is slowly developing, attracting new immigrants and developing no man's land. Alas, calm does not last long - a variety of forces, state and not, are in a hurry to stake out their piece of the South, and inside there is growing tension between those who paid for the foundation of the colony and now "takes off the cream" and ordinary residents dissatisfied with this state of affairs.
