"Kung Fu: School of Immortality" introduces one of the oldest wu-shu systems - the Shou Dao school, and also introduces a number of exercises and techniques from its arsenal related to the initial stage of hand-to-hand combat training. The Dao show refers to clan family schools in China and in the West its technique is practically unknown. The Dao show in translation means " the path of the calm ", or, as it is sometimes called by the adherents of this u-shu system, the path of immortality.
