In Kursk, the city of military glory, and in the Kursk region, dozens of avenues, squares and streets named after heroes awarded the highest degrees of distinction of our Fatherland. In each name of such a street - someone's fate, heroic feat. Among these names are outstanding military leaders and ordinary Red Army soldiers, cosmonauts and scientists. This brochure attempts to remember the heroes by name.
