Fundamentals of wood cutting theory are given. The main parts of woodworking machines, cutting tools, their installation and fastening on machines, designs of general-purpose machines, methods of dimensional adjustment, rational examples of work on machines, as well as possible causes of defects and methods of its elimination are considered.
