The monograph outlines the theoretical foundations for building a passive optoelectronic system for determining target parameters. Mathematical and algorithmic support has been developed for automatic search of target images, their coordinates and motion parameters from digital images from television and thermal imaging channels for reconnaissance and observation of armored weapons.
