Wanting to capture the Magic Land its inhabitants, the evil sorceress Arachne unleashed a thick Yellow Fog on them. Scarecrow and the Tin Woodman could not easily cope with witchcraft, and then their faithful friends - Ellie, Tim and sailor Charlie Black - came to the rescue again.
