The textbook is devoted to topical problems of development, adoption and implementation of organizational and managerial decisions. Mathematical, probabilistic-statistical and other quantitative methods of solving typical organizational and management problems, as well as methods of activating creative thinking for the development of unprogrammed (unique) solutions are considered.
