Significant progress in the field of radio engineering and microelectronics has led to the fact that the vast majority of measurements have to be carried out with modern devices built most often on computer devices, and the processing of their results using probability theory and methods of mathematical statistics, and of course computers. Therefore, the main goal of this textbook is to outline the latest fundamentals of measurement theory and practice.
