"Italian in 12 hours" is a self-teacher with elements of a phrasebook. The book consists of 12 main topics ranging from familiarity and politeness formulas to medical care and emergencies. Conventionally, each topic can be completed in an hour. For convenience, each topic is divided into small sections. All phrases and words are given with transcription in Russian letters, which significantly speeds up learning. The grammar in the book is presented exactly to the extent that is necessary to learn how to ask questions and answer them. Difficulties in mastering the Italian language are presented in the section "Language hint." At the end of the book is an Italian-Russian dictionary.
