The monograph examines the theory and principles of transnational trade law in the context of the development of modern international trade law. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the basic and special principles of transnational trade law, its sources, the history of origin and development, as well as the role of transnational trade law in the regulatory regulation of international trade and economic relations.
