By 2020, the world has experienced a lot: the last nuclear war, Israel wiped out from the face of the earth, the fatal US intervention in Zaire for the Americans, a terrible epidemic of an unknown and merciless disease that bled the population of the entire planet. The whole land has become a huge chessboard on which the two remaining superpowers - the United States and Japan - play a decisive game in the struggle for world domination.
