In his new work, Professor V.N. Monakhov again, but in a broader and deeper context, addresses the problem of implementing the norms that make up the constitutional institution of freedom of the media on the Internet. And this is by no means accidental. After all, almost the entire range of relations related to the search, receipt, transmission, production and dissemination of information (part 4 of article 29 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation) is actively internetized, goes online, demanding an adequate modernization of its legal and ethical regulators.
