The textbook is devoted to the basics of mathematical logic and consists of an introduction and four chapters: "Logic of statements," "Calculus of statements," "Logic of predicates of the first order" and "Calculus of predicates." Particular attention is paid to the problem of recognizing the generality of the formulas of the logic of statements and formulas of the logic of predicates, the use of the resolution method.
