The Handbook contains brief technical characteristics of road motorcycles, mopeds, scooters and motorcycles produced by the domestic motorcycle industry in 1968. The Handbook is based on the instructions for care and operation, as well as the current Technical Specifications. For cars of new models, technical reports of tests carried out by VNIImotoprom were used.
