"Dawns over Russia" is a wide historical canvas covering the period from 1359 to 1380, when, under the yoke of the Tatar-Mongol yoke, the Russian people begin to rally, gather strength and inflict a crushing blow on the Golden Horde in the battle on the Kulikov field. Although the novel deals with times far from our days, the deep patriotism of the narrative cannot but excite the modern reader. The book is provided with notes explaining historical events, explaining ancient words.
