More than 2,000 pages of the Spirit of Prophecy deal with the news of health reform. Unfortunately, few people will be able to take the time to explore all these large books and therefore many do not follow the commands of the Lord. Since health advice has been written for a long time to meet various needs, there has been a problem of frequent repetition of thoughts. Although repetition is recognized as an effective method of education and an excellent means of capturing certain truths in our minds, there was still a need for a more abbreviated compilation of statements regarding various aspects of the health news transmitted by the Lord's messenger. It was for this reason that this book was prepared.
