The problem of giftedness is one of the most urgent in psychological and pedagogical science, since the future of the country depends on the children we are raising today, and for this we need creative, extraordinary, competitive personalities. To say that all children are talented is humane, but hardly objective. There is no unified theory of giftedness in science, nature, the mechanisms of its formation, optimal conditions for development are still unclear, and phenomenological descriptions are often present in presentations.
