The joint Russian-Indian publication, which is simultaneously published in Russian and English in Barnaul (Altai Territory) and Shimla (Himachal Pradesh), is dedicated to the nature, history and culture of Altai and the Himalayas - the two largest mountainous regions of Eurasia.
