The main material of the proposed book depicts the author's individual experiment in cooking shamovka at home, as well as recipes for some dishes published in the magazines Science and Life, Health, in the newspaper Nedelya and in the Polish magazine Kobeta and Zhitse. The purpose of the book is to help women, unusually young housewives, prepare the desired dishes at home.
