The issue of decomposing arbitrary functions from a particular class into such series is being considered. The properties of sequences of linear combinations of generalized exponentials are studied. Properties of sequences of linear combinations from classical polynomials are obtained. Functional equations with partial solutions in the form of generalized exponentials are investigated.
