Devices, principle of operation and characteristics of pulse and logic elements on a semiconductor basis and in an integrated design, as well as examples of their application are considered. Particular attention is paid to pulse processes in the simplest electrical circuits of logic elements and nodes, forming devices and generators of video pulses of various types.
