The book cataloged and briefly described postage stamps and blocks, artistic marked envelopes and cards with original stamps, special stamps of the USSR and individual stamps of foreign countries, which depict fragments of memorial complexes and monuments dedicated to the military feat of the Russian and Soviet people in the fight against foreign invaders and in the performance of international duty.
