The guidelines for intranatal fetal heart rate control developed by the American and Royal Colleges, the Canadian Society, the International Federation of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Ministries of Health of Australia and the Russian Federation are presented. An analysis of each method was carried out with a presentation of its advantages, disadvantages, limitations and risk of use from the standpoint of evidence-based medicine. The material is presented on the principle of "read and apply."
