The proposed textbook is a presentation of the basic concepts and methods of optimal solutions in the economy. The mathematical apparatus is analyzed mainly from economic and applied positions and is widely illustrated by examples. This makes it possible for students (readers) to join the mathematical modeling of various applied problems, situations, processes during the course.
