This book is devoted to the disclosure of the concept and essence of a legal entity in Roman and the latest Western (German) law. Fluency in foreign languages, including ancient ones, allowed the author not only to deeply study the Latin texts and works of contemporary Western philosophers, but simply, clearly and easily state their positions on the pages of his book, providing the necessary comments supported by quotes from the originals.
