This collection contains documents on the cooperation of certain circles of the Baltic republics with the Nazis during the Great Patriotic War. Nationalist formations from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia were actively used by the Hitler administration not only in the armed struggle against the Soviet troops, but also for the extermination of Jews, Russians, Belarusians, Poles and other peoples of Europe. Among the victims of the punishers from these formations were the best representatives of the Baltic peoples. The uniqueness of the publication is given by the fact that most of the archival documents included in it are published for the first time.
