Alternative history... The Luban operation to lift the blockade of Leningrad ended in failure and defeat of the 2nd shock army. To save the city on the Neva from the hungry horror of the blockade, Stalin instructs General Rokossovsky to conduct a new operation to lift the siege ring as a representative of the Headquarters.
