The articles provide a translation of the winged Latin word, its transcription (pronunciation and stress), a link to the author or source, information about the origin of the Latin saying. The publication also includes a dictionary of Latin abbreviations, essays on the history of the Latin language, on twin words, on Latin authors, examples of the use of the Latin phrase in the works of Russian writers, and other reference material. 400 of the most common Latin legal terms and expressions are offered to help lawyers. The dictionary is illustrated with playful versions of winged words. It is intended for students of lyceums, gymnasiums, historical and literary classes, students of humanitarian universities, teachers, journalists, speakers, lawyers, as well as everyone who wants to decorate their speech with a winged Latin word.
