Alexander Alexandrovich Malinovsky (1909-1996) - a prominent Russian scientist, a major specialist in the field of biology, theory and practice of applying a systematic approach. The main directions of his scientific activity were the development of problems of genetics and theoretical biology, as well as a philosophical and methodological analysis of the problems of the systemic approach and the development of the principles of tectology (where he developed the ideas put forward by his father, A. A. Bogdanov) and cybernetics.
