For many years, Admiral Bing, a cozy pub in the seaside village of Crabwell, has been visited by both local residents and tourists. But once his owner Jeffrey Horatio Fitzsimmons was found dead in a boat at the pier... Perhaps the poor man just committed suicide, breaking down under a load of debts, unpaid bills and the prospects of closing his beloved brainchild? But the team of documentary TV people who arrived in the village don't think so. They intend to find out what happened to Fitzsimmons, even if for this they have to turn over every stone in Crabwell and pull all the skeletons out of the closets.
