The artist Yevgeny Vesnik called his memoirs folk (both by title and recognition) "Give what I remember." In them, he, with the inherent talent of a brilliant storyteller, tells about his childhood, about the front-line years, work in the theater and cinema, friends and colleagues, shares his impressions of numerous theatrical tours in Germany and Israel, France and Japan. His observations are either impartial, or touching, or sad, or funny, but invariably accurate and optimistic. Even telling about difficult periods in his biography, the author is full of love of life and sparkling humor, and, which is especially pleasant, he is happy to share it with the reader.
