The monograph is devoted to the analysis of the geographical names of Thrace and Lower Moesia, known from the "Geographical Manual" of Claudius Ptolemy. The book attempts to systematize the results of linguistic studies of the East Balkan toponymic landscape of the Ptolemaic "Geography."
