Some aspects of the problem of uneven daily rotation of the Earth are considered. The main attention is paid to proving the solar condition of irregular variations in the duration of the earth's day. The table presents the values ​ ​ of the characteristics of the unevenness of the daily rotation of the Earth, variations in the interplanetary magnetic field and atmospheric circulation.
