The book includes three lectures given by one of the most famous Western philosophers at the Institute of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the article "Citizenship and National Identity," as well as interviews given by Yu. Habermas to the German philosopher P. Kruger and the journal Voprosy philosophii.
