The book discusses the theory and calculation of high-speed pumps. The results of theoretical and experimental studies of high-speed vane pumps, in particular, screw-centrifugal pumps, are presented. Fluid flow and processes in flow part of screw-centrifugal pump - axial screw pre-pump and centrifugal wheel are considered. The book contains specific recommendations for selecting the design parameters of high-speed pumps depending on the operating conditions.
