In 1945, to promote Soviet fashion, the Moscow House of Models began holding open fashion shows for the population with the involvement of fashion models, accompanied by comments by art historians talking about fashion trends. In addition, in a special exhibition and demonstration hall, expositions of new clothing models were periodically held, where any visitor could examine fashion samples worn on mannequins and get advice from the fashion designer on duty about fashion trends.
