The concept of "hand-to-hand combat" has now turned into a reality not only for athletes, military and special forces, but also, unfortunately, for ordinary citizens of our country, regardless of their gender and age. In the current situation, when the state cannot guarantee the safety of its citizens, it seems most expedient to take care of it (safety) for the citizens themselves - "saving the drowning hands of the drowning themselves."
